- fixed a little bug in the view of the graph of counts
- added a trigger level feature for pulse counting. I did not like the
algorithm that David has used. In fact with my Geiger counter I noticed
that the pulse count was difficult to calibrate.
- added a "Calibrate" button that displays the trigger level is used and the
input waveform obtained from the geiger. Good to calibrate the meter.

I tried to maintain full compatibility with the functionality of
coincident pulse count, but not having the proper hardware I could not
try if everything still works. Please try it and give me some feedback.
